Medical Breakthrough:

  1. First to start CV junction fixation for Atlanto-axial dislocation at SDM. Several cases done with good outcome. 
  2. Performed 2 awake craniotomies to date for motor cortex gliomas with excellent outcome with no neurological deficit.

  2. Attended WFNS radiosurgery committee course at Chandigarh, Sep 14, 2017
  3. Attended 15 day hands on course at AIIMS, New Delhi in March 2017. NETS course – training on microvascular anastomosis, skull base drilling, endoscopy and sciatic nerve end to end anastomosis in live rat. 
  4. Attended a basic microvascular anastomosis workshop in NIMHANS on live rats and a session on brain dissection in February 2018.
  5. Attended an advanced micro vascular anastomosis workshop in NIMHANS on live rats and a session on brain dissection in September 2019. 
  6. Attended a workshop on Minimally Invasive Spine surgery in Bengaluru in April 2019. 
  7. Attended NSICON 2019 conference in Mumbai as a delegate for a paper presentation.
